Our vision is to create a vibrant waterside community hub which celebrates Bideford’s rich heritage whilst introducing new opportunities for living, working, and leisure.
Overlooking the expansive Torridge estuary, Brunswick Wharf sits at the heart of the historic waterfront, framed by Grade I listed Bideford Bridge and surrounded by the town’s beautiful architecture.
This landmark regeneration will breathe new life into the waterfront, revitalising the area and reinforcing Bideford’s identity as a thriving coastal destination.
THE DEVELOPMENT
Brunswick Wharf is set along the River Torridge and is just a short walk from Bideford’s town centre.
